A Public Thank-you to AB

This past Friday was perhaps one of those days that we all have had, and never want to repeat. Without going into detail and spilling angst and bother all over the web, trust me when I say it was definitely in the top 10!. A few weeks ago I was anonymously lurking on one of my favorite Blogs, http://anonymousboxer.blogspot.com/, and saw a Halloween card that made me smile. The Author of the Blog offered to send one to all who asked. Cringing at having to actually reveal myself, I sent her a note requesting one. This also inspired me to make a card featuring my own Count Pugula. ( See Above ) I forgot all about the request and lo and behold on Friday--the worst day--this card arrived in my office mail. That simple act reaffirmed my belief in the world. Sappy yes, but its the little things.

That led me to ponder on the way in which we all connect with each other--or not. The simple act of holding out a hand or paw, can indeed change the lens through which we view the world.

Thank-you to AB!

And I promise to get my ever expanding posterior in her more often to poke at your sensitivities, as well as occasionally your conscience.

Helloooooo - I was thrilled to have people request the card and I originally felt the same way... do I really want to reach my hand through cyber-space to fellow bloggers? The answer of course, was yes and I'm happy to know it went to a person who clearly appreciates life and her dog. Super cute.

Welcome!

And have a wonderful weekend.
